GoBantr is an iOS app for creating fictional adult AI personalities and having ongoing private conversations with them. You decide who they are, how they relate to you, and how they tend to speak. Each conversation can be reopened and continued later.

A close friend, girlfriend or boyfriend, flirty companion, mentor, teacher, creative partner, confidant, or a custom role of your own. You choose adult age, identity, appearance, backstory, traits, intensity, boundaries, and conversation style.

Yes, for consenting adults. Adult content is an explicit setting, not a hidden default. You can keep it off, allow flirtation, or opt into more explicit fictional roleplay. The selected level is visible and controllable by you.

Anything involving minors or age ambiguity, incest, coercion, sexual violence, trafficking or exploitation, bestiality, or sexual impersonation of a real person. GoBantr is for fictional adults and consensual scenarios only.

No. GoBantr personalities must be fictional. It is not a tool for cloning an ex, celebrity, coworker, or anyone else without their consent, and it will not create sexual impersonations of real people.

The first version is local-first. Profiles and chats live in an encrypted database on your iPhone, protected by the device Keychain and biometric lock. Your words still need to travel securely to the AI service to generate a reply, but they are not being built into a public profile or social feed.

Yes. GoBantr is designed for granular deletion: one message, one chat, one personality, saved memories, or everything on the device. Version one has no cloud backup, so a local deletion is intended to be final.

Yes. Every personality can have multiple separate chats. Open any previous conversation and continue from the same history instead of being forced into one endless thread.

New chats use the updated personality. Existing chats keep the personality version they began with, so their voice and relationship do not suddenly change halfway through the story.

Only according to the memory setting you choose. Memory can be off, ask before saving, or automatic and reviewable. The goal is continuity without a mysterious permanent dossier.

Text comes first. Voice selection and spoken conversations are planned after the private text experience is solid. Waitlist members will hear when voice testing opens.

GoBantr is being designed around the iPhone experience first: biometric privacy, native navigation, local encrypted storage, and eventually high-quality speech. Other platforms may follow after the core product proves itself.

No. A GoBantr personality can be supportive, thoughtful, or mentor-like, but it is still software. It cannot diagnose, provide emergency help, replace professional care, or take responsibility for real-world decisions.

No. GoBantr is a private space for conversation, imagination, rehearsal, companionship, and play. It should add something useful or enjoyable to your life—not pressure you to withdraw from the people in it.

The private test is focused on getting the experience right. A later public version is expected to use credits for AI conversations, with clear costs before purchase. Waitlist members will see pricing before any paid release.
